Four killed after lorry crashes into building in Madurai dist

Four persons were killed when a speeding lorry rammed into a village community centre at perumalpatti near here today, police said.
Five persons were trapped under the debris after a portion of the building housing the centre, collapsed in the impact, they said.
While four died on the spot, one of them was rescued and admitted to the government hospital.
A case had been registered and the lorry driver had been detained for investigation, police said.
