The vehicle veered off the Tyuni-Hanol road at around 4 am when the driver lost control while negotiating a bend, Tyuni police station incharge Rakesh Shah told PTI.
All the four occupants of the vehicle were killed on the spot as it fell into a 150 metres deep gorge, he said, adding all bodies have been recovered.
The deceased were returning to their villages early in the morning after offering prayers at a temple in Hanol.
Though the exact cause of the mishap is being investigated, the driver of the vehicle apparently dozed off, leading to the accident, Shah said.
