The victims have been identified as Naveen, Ombir, Rakesh and Devender, all hailing from Muradabad in Uttar Pradesh, police said.
The mini-truck, belonging to a catering contractor of Hisar, was on its way from Hisar to Bathinda, Punjab for supply of material for a marriage function, police said.
The injured has been admitted to civil hospital and private hospitals.
A case has been registered by police.
