Four prisoners secure 1st division in UP Board exam

Four undertrial prisoners of the district jail in Muzaffarnagar have scored first division in intermediate exams held by the Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Board.
Undertrials- Arpan scored 84.8 per cent,Arun 80 per cent, Monu 78.4 per cent, and Satpal 63.4 per cent, district Jailor Mizazilal said here today, adding that they are facing murder charges.
The education department has provided books to the prisoners for the preparation of the exam.
The results of the Class 12 exams of the UP Board were declared yesterday.
