VCA's media manager Sharad Padhye said that while the response from the fans for the final game can be known only tomorrow, the association has decided to throw open the gates free of charge for school children to be accompanied by their teachers.
"Around 1200-1500 school children and their teachers would be coming to witness the Test and they would be provided with snacks and drinking water etc. They will make their own arrangement to reach the stadium from the city," Padhye said.
The stadium, with a capacity to accommodate 45,000 spectators, is on the outskirts of the city.
