The MoU was signed between Santhosh George G, Director CIIT, India and Meghalaya Director of Health Services, A C Hazarika in the presence of Chief Minister Mukul Sangma and his deputy, Rowell Lyngdoh, who holds the charge of health department.
"The goal of the programme is to eliminate clubfoot as a lifelong disability for children in Meghalaya through its innovative non-surgical programmes. We also plan to help other states within this year," George said.
