Freeman wears compression glove on injured hand
Press Trust of India London Veteran actor Morgan Freeman is still struggling to heal from a four-year-old car crash injury and was spotted wearing a compression glove on his damaged hand recently. The 75-year-old 'Bruce Almighty' star has previously admitted to being in near constant pain as he continues to suffer from fibromyalgia - chronic widespread pain - steaming from his broken shoulder. Despite doctors promising it would improve by 2011, the actor's left hand remains paralysed due to the severe nerve damage he suffered in a 2008 crash. He is now forced to wear a compression glove on the immobile limb to stop blood pooling it in the hand. The actor was seen stepping out for dinner at top Japanese restaurant Matsuhisa in Beverly Hills, California, on Tuesday wearing the heavy duty compression glove, reported Daily Mail. Freeman was accompanied by rumoured girlfriend and producing partner Lori McCreary. While the star denied he was dating the 'Invictus' producer in 2010, the pair are constant companions on and off the red carpet. The couple did not look like they were in the best mood as they left the fancy eatery and fans tried to stop the actor.
