Freight rates held flat

Freight rates for nine-tonne pay load section showed a steady trend at the local truck transport market in the national capital today on restricted cargo movements against easy availability of trucks.
Transporters said restricted cargo movements and comfortable position of trucks mainly kept the freight rates at previous levels.
