Freight rates up for Jaipur, Chandigarh

Freight rates for 10-tonne load section for Jaipur and Chandigarh rose by Rs 500 in the local truck transport market today increased cargo movements against tight avaibality of trucks.
Transporters said increased cargo movements against tight availability of trucks mainly led to rise in Jaipur and Chandigarh freight rates.
Freight rates from Jaipur and Chandigarh quoted higher by Rs 500 each to Rs 21,000 and Rs 22,000, respectively.
