Sinha, who is closing on the French golfer after she trailed by three strokes in the first round, awaits her 24th birthday on the final day of the tournament tomorrow.
The par-73 course looked different as many players did not record good scores.
Nocera was not happy with her game and she conceded that her games on the greens were not below expectations.
Sinha shot a two-under 71 today for a total of 138.

"Today I missed 10 greens and had 25 putts, quite frustrating and hope to play my normal tomorrow and try and cut the unforced errors in my game," Sinha said.
"Nicoeltte was unlucky as she boyed the final hole and blamed it on bad light. I couldn't see and read the line well," she claimed.
She's in joint fourth place with a score of 142 together with Belgium's Leurquin Chloe, England's Clyburn Holly and Burke Hannah.
