Universal Pictures India will release the action film in English, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.
Joining fan favourites Vin Diesel, Paul Walker, Dwayne Johnson and Michelle Rodriguez for the seventh movie will be Hollywood action star Jason Statham and Indian actor Ali Fazal in a special appearance among others.
For Walker fans, this will be the last they will get to see the actor, who died in a car crash in 2013, reprise his role as Brian O'Conner.
"When you're making a bigger movie you have much bigger set pieces that require more time and more effort and more people. But I think the final product will surprise a lot of people," Wan said in a statement.
"It's the hardest film I've ever had to make but it's also the one I'm proudest of. I'm really proud of this film," he added.
