Gadkari launched the number, 18001022024, on the occasion of the merger of Kalayan Singh's Jankranti Party (Rashtrawadi) with BJP.

The party has launched the service in a bid to regain its lost base in the politically sensitive state ahead of the upcoming Lok Sabha polls.

The number is meant to get suggestions and complaints from people and party workers.

To launch the service, conceptualised by the state president Laxmi Kant Bajpai, the party has tied up with a private telecome operator.

The dialler would have several options like whether the caller wants to lodge a complaint related to the party or give a suggestion.

People can also lodge complaint if they face problem with government and local authorities.
