Gammon India standalone net loss at Rs 20.53 cr

Infrastructure major Gammon India today saw its standalone net loss narrowing to Rs 20.53 crore for the quarter ended December 2016.
The firm had clocked a net loss of Rs 119.06 crore for the corresponding quarter of the 2015-16 fiscal.
Its income from operations declined to Rs 717.56 crore during the quarter under review as against Rs 818.83 crore during the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal.
The company's total expenses, however, declined to Rs 639.21 crore during the quarter as against Rs 830.21 crore in the same quarter a year-ago.
Shares of the company closed at Rs 12.19 apiece, 2.56 per cent down from the previous close.
