Five miscreants in two motorcycles entered the Jeweller, Prithiraj Soni's house from the back side and held arms at his daughter's throat before looting Rs.26,000 in cash and ornaments worth lakhs, police said.
Soni had the shop in the premises of his house.
When Soni tried to resist the looters fired injuring Soni in the leg, police said adding that Soni has been rushed to Sadar Hospital.
