The accused have been identified as Shahjahan Molliya (27), a native of North 24 Parganas in West Bengal, Nafees (28) and a woman, both residents of Kabir Nagar in Delhi.
On May 24, a PCR call was received about a girl being beaten by two-three boys in Gali No 16 of Kabir Nagar, following which police rushed to the spot and rescued her.
The victim said Shahjahan, who was introduced to her by a a neighbour, told her that he will marry her and forced her to come to Delhi with him. "She left home on May 19 and reached old Delhi Railway Station the next day. The accused then took her to a hotel near Jama Masjid and got intimate with her forcibly on the pretext of marriage," the official said.

"From there she was taken to another place owned by the arrested woman who along with two others tried to force her into prostitution. When the girl resisted, she was beaten up again," he said.
Based on her statement, a case was registered at Welcome police station on May 24 under relevant sections of the IPC.
"Three of the accused have been arrested. Further probe in the case is on," the official said.
