The gangmen died when they were hit by Rourkela-Koraput Express train while on duty at a signal at Therubali railway station, about 30 km from here in the early hours, Therubali station Manager R L Kumar said.
The deceased were identified as V Appa Rao (48) and N S Narayan, he said.
