The company had posted a net profit of Rs 7.40 crore in the corresponding period of FY14, the company said in a statement.
Net sales grew by 3.4 per cent to Rs 196.83 crore in the quarter under review as compared to Rs 190.29 crore in the same quarter of FY14.
During the year, the company's net profit grew by 61.5 per cent to Rs 43.05 crore as against Rs 26.66 crore in the corresponding period last year.
"The company is continuing its strategy of profitable growth based on three pillars - innovation, geographic expansion and operational excellence," Garware-Wall Ropes CMD Vayu Garware said.
"We are pleased with the results which have shown sustained profit and business growth throughout the year. The company has now an ever increasing differentiated product portfolio that straddles various applications which would aid in boosting the growth in the coming year," he added.
