The 'X Factor' judge , 42, said he enrolled himself in a special course to get over his fear of flying, reported Daily Mirror.
"I'm scared of flying - especially the take-off. I just don't like it, and yet I have to do so much of it. I get really nervous. Maybe it's because I'm scared of dying.
"I do just get on with it and do it because I have to, really, but I don't like it and it kind of ruins the whole day because I'm working myself up so much about getting on a plane," he said.
