The WICB has announced a three-match Test series and two Twenty20 Internationals between the two teams.
West Indies will then host Bangladesh for two Tests, three ODIs and a one-off T20I.
The New Zealand series will begin with the Jamaica Test (June 8-12), followed by the second match in Trinidad (from June 16) and Guyana (from June 26). The two T20Is will be payed in Dominica.
"West Indies opening batsman Chris Gayle has appeared in 99 Tests and his 100th Test appearance is expected to be in the Jamaica Test. The WICB is preparing to celebrate the event and will announce further details in this regard subsequently," the WICB said in a media release after its two-day meeting of its Board of Directors.

The Bangladesh series begins with the limited-overs games in Grenada and St Kitts, followed by the Tests in St Vincent and St Lucia.
"The 2014 international cricket season in the Caribbean will comprise of a total of five Tests, six ODIs and six Twenty20 Internationals," the WICB said.

August 20: First ODI -- Grenada
August 22: Second ODI -- Grenada
August 25: Third ODI -- St Kitts (day/night)
August 27: T201 -- St Kitts (night game)
September 5-9: First Test -- St Vincent
September 13-17: Second Test -- St Lucia.
