They alleged that though Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal had met students and teachers, and promised a new campus during their protest in April last year, the matter was still pending with the government.
The campus is proposed to be set up in 23 acres land, the protesters said.
In November last year, the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) had barred the college from admitting students for the academic year 2017-18 due to lack of basic infrastructure.
Last year, Congress president Rahul Gandhi had visited Abraham at AIIMS when the latter's his health deteriorated during the protest.
