Girl ran over by bus while crosssing road

A four-year-old girl met with A tragic end when the bus by which she returned from the school last evening ranover her with the driver not noticing the girl crossing the road at Ayyanar Oothu village near Kayathar in this district.
The driver of the bus was arrested today. The girl had crossed the road very close the bus and the driver could not see the girl.
The parents of the girl and residents of the village blocked the road traffic in front of the Kayatharu police station demanding action against the driver and the school management. They also demanded compensation for the girl's death.
