The incident took place yesterday evening when the girl, a BSc final year student, was going with a male friend on a motorbike, they said.
The victim was rushed to a hospital in a serious condition, from where she was referred to Meerut.
Police has registered a case of attempt to murder against the three youths. Of the three, the girl's friend Mukesh Choudhry is already in police custody while two are absconding.
