Girl student abducted in UP

A girl student was allegedly abducted by unidentified men who offered to give her a lift when she was waiting to go to her college at Rampurtiraha on Muzaffarnagar-Deoband Highway, police said.
The incident took place yesterday and the girl managed to inform her parents about it, they said.
Police rushed to the spot and launched a search operation.
The girl studies in Unani Medical College, Deoband.
According to SP (city) Pradeep Gupta, Deoband Police has registered a missing persons case in this connection.
