Police said the farm owner and his servant Kallu allegedly picked up the girl and took her to the farm.
When the girl resisted their attempt to rape her, the two threw her from the roof, they said, adding she was injured in the incident and has been hospitalised.
Police said they have registered a case and arrested Kallu while the farm owner is absconding.
