The 32-year-old Brazilian, who is the only model named in the magazine's latest 'World's Most Powerful Women' list, is at number 95 out of the 100 influential women, which includes entrepreneurs, politicians and philanthropists, reported Huffington Post.
Bundchen made it to the list last year too.
The supermodel's influence is also based on her massive wealth as she topped Forbes Top-Earning Models List in 2011.
The magazine also named her and husband Tom Brady, the world's highest-paid celebrity couple in 2011.
Other fashionista's, who made to the list, were Spanx maven Sara Blakely, Miuccia Prada, Tory Burch, Zara founder Rosalia Mera, Diane von Furstenberg and Anna Wintour.
