The Brazilian model, who has a net worth of USD 42 million, and the American football star are opting for a three-bedroom, full-floor condominium on the 47th floor of luxury residential tower, One Madison Park, which is located at the foot of Madison Avenue in Manhattan, giving incredible views across the city, reported New York Post.
"They went for the model apartment, which is a full-floor private residence with amazing city and river-to-river plus park views," a source said.
"It will allow Tom Brady to look down on Gotham like Batman."
The couple also have a 14,000-square-foot mansion in Los Angeles and are currently building a similar-size property near Boston.
