Glass panel shatters at airport

A glass panel today shattered at the airport here, but nobody was injured, officials said.
The incident occured at the international airport's departure area and airport authorities were looking into it, they said.
Glass panel measuring about 4 x 6 ft at the departure area's side partition wall abutting gate number four shattered and the reason for it was not known immediately, they added.
A similar break-up occured on November 12 and the day when the severe cyclonic storm "Vardah" struck Chennai on December 12.
