'Global Baba' a satire film on religious leaders: producer

Manoj Sidheshwari Tewari "Global Baba', says the film will expose the infamous nexus between religion and politics.
The makers are currently in talks with veteran actor Om Puri, Jimmy Shergil and Mahie Gill for the film.
The movie is a story of a criminal who seeks refuge in the world of religion after losing protection from the political leaders. He soon succeeds in attracting a large number of followers and a position of power in politics.
The movie is produced by Vijay Bansal. Screenplay and dialogues are penned by Vishal Vijay Kumar.
Bansal said his film is not based on headline grabbing religious leaders like Asharam or Ramdev.

The filming for the movie is set to begin next month.
Bansal said the movie is expected to hit theatres next year.
