Business Initiative Directions (BID) is a private organisation presenting global quality awards and sharing a quality culture in leading companies worldwide.
The award was given to Spice Court Managing Director Kuldeep Singh Chandela by BID President Jose E Prieto at the 26th World Quality Commitment Convention, held in Paris on October 29.
Companies from 74 countries vied for one of the world's top business awards in quality and excellence.
The BID awards are presented on the basis of meeting the criteria of the QC 100 TQM (Total Quality Management), a model that serve as guidelines to business leaders to improve processes and systems.
