Informing Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) in this regard, the Ravi Rishi-led aviation firm said that it has received requisite letter from DGCA for resuming its flying operations and is restarting its services with immediate effect.
The company said that it has informed the BSE of the development and has started its operations accordingly.
On June 11, the Delhi High Court had stayed the DGCA order which had suspended the permit of aviation firm to operate its fleet of choppers in May.
The High Court's order came on Global Vectra's plea against the Union Home Ministry's decision to withdraw its security clearance, leading the DGCA to suspend its operation permit.
The aviation firm belongs to the Ravi Rishi's Vectra group, which is the largest shareholder in Tatra Holdings. Rishi is facing CBI probe for alleged irregularities in supply of Tatra trucks to the Indian Army.
Global Vectra had contended in its plea that the government had scrapped its security clearance and aviation license without issuing it any notice and hearing it.
The Home Ministry had withdrawn Global Vectra's security clearance on May 7.
