The session will begin work after Governor's address on March 23 and will culminate on March 27, he told reporters.
Arlekar said attempts are on to try whether the budget presentation would be a paperless process this time.
The assembly has gone paperless since last year wherein majority of business is uploaded online.
The Speaker said all the MLAs have been trained to use the laptop which are provided to them by the Assembly.
The content will be uploaded on a dedicated website which has exclusive access to the MLAs, he said.
