"Brouhaha International Organisation, Liverpool and Cape Town Carnival committee will be sending their teams to train the Goan performers here during the Carnival," Goa Tourism Development Corporation (GTDC) chairman Nilesh Cabral said.
GTDC organises the float parades across the coastal state during the Carnival.
Cabral said that a team of Goan youths will also be participating in the Liverpool Carnival scheduled in March and Cape Town Carnival in July.
Goa has been celebrating carnival from Portuguese era, while GTDC sponsored float parades are an added attractions.
Cabral said over one lakh tourists will arrive in the state to witness the float parades which are led by 'King Momo', a customary figure who rules the state for four days with his decree of 'eat, drink and merry'.
The BJP-led Goa government has decided to invite renowned singer and Union Minister Babul Supriyo as the Chief guest for the float parade in Panaji on February 6, that will herald the festivities in the state.
"The commercial floats can be part of the parade but they won't be judged for the prize. The local committees will also screen the floats for obscenity and other hazards," Cabral added.
According to the officer, the state tourism department had appealed local entrepreneurs to submit their concept of floats which would be financed by the government.
"But somehow, we are not getting good response for that from the locals," he claimed.
