GCA said the alleged wrongdoings of Ganeshraj had brought the association into disrepute, and hence the committee had been asked to present its report within 15 days.

Mayur Sawkar and Shirish Naik are the two other members.

"This committee will look into all the aspects of false birth certificate," said GCA secretary Prasad Phaterpekar.

Allegations were made last September against the then GCA president Dayanand that he submitted a forged birth certificate of his son Ganeshraj (Anish), so that the latter could take part in Polly Umrigar Trophy Under-15 South Zone cricket tournament for three years: 2005-06, 2006-07 and 2007-08. Under the BCCI rules, no player can play for more than two years in Under-15 category.

It was also alleged that Ganeshraj submitted two different dates of birth on different occasions: 1-9-1993 and 29-2-1993.
