The charge-sheet was filed before the sessions court here.
Suspended Mines Officer Robert Gonsalves, and Subroto Barik, director of trading firm Frost International Limited, have also been named in the charge-sheet for conspiracy.
All the three have been already arrested.
The Directorate of Mines and Geology (DMG) had filed a complaint with Crime Branch earlier alleging that officials and directors of Frost International Ltd exported 1,35,000 tons of ore to China using forged documents in 2010-11.
As per the complaint filed by the current director of Mines and Geology Department, Prasanna Acharya, the ore was exported to China by the ship MV Cape Cosmos.
The accused are booked for conspiracy and forgery under the Indian Penal Code, and for offences under the Mines & Mineral (Development & Regulation) Act, 1957, the Goa (Prevention of illegal mining, transportation & storage of minerals) Rules 2004, and Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.
