BJP leader Vijay Goel today said that 68 per cent of Delhiites have labeled car-rationing scheme "odd-even-2", implemented by AAP government, as "unsuccessful".
Citing a two-day survey conducted by a social organisation Lok Abhiyan, owned by him, he said, the survey was based on the views of 4,700 people on various aspects of odd-even rule which will end tomorrow.
"People have overwhelmingly rejected the scheme this time as 68 per cent have labeled it as a failure," he said.
Further, he claimed that people will "aggressively oppose" the government if the scheme is implemented again in future without "proper planning".
"AAP government is thoroughly confused and labels the scheme as a success on one day and the very next day blames others for trying to fail it," he said.
The survey also found that the scheme led to problems in dropping and picking up school children and that other major sources of pollution were "ignored", he added.
