"This is a platform for the people to air their grievances and get them resolved. People can now directly interact with me and provide feedback on any problems faced by them," he said after launching the portal.
Gogoi hoped it would bring the Chief Minister's Office closer to the people as the new web portal would make the government more transparent, accountable and responsive.
"I appeal to all sections of people to apprise me of the problems faced by them. Valuable information gained through interactions with the people will serve as a guiding light in governance," he said.
