Goods train coach derails at Anwarganj Railway station

A coach of a goods train derailed outside the yard at Anwarganj Railway Station here today. However, no damage to life or property was reported.
The train was shunting outside the yard of Anwarganj Railway Station at 10 AM today when one of its coach derailed. As soon as the information was recieved, a team of railway officers was sent to the spot, DRM, NER Railway, Lucknow, Anup Kumar said.
He added that it took an hour to get the coach back on track but there were no damages.
Due to the incident, the Kanpur-Farukkhabad route trains were halted for sometime. However, the services resumed after a while.
