The rice-ladden train coming from a northern state was proceeding to Food Corporation of India godown at suburban Peelamedu here when the mishap occurred, police said adding none was injured.
Four wheels of the wagon got detached under the impact of the derailment, which, however, did not cause any disruption to train traffic since the section has a double line.
