The company had posted a net profit of Rs 37.07 crore for the April-June quarter a year ago, Goodyear India informed BSE.
The company's net sales during the period was at Rs 450.54 crore, up from Rs 461.94 crore in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal.
According to the company, the results are not comparable as it has changed its accounting year from January-December to April-March.
Shares of the company today settled at Rs 555.75 on BSE, up 1.66 per cent from previous close.
