"...A policy framework through which you encourage information and communication technology (ICT) revolution... that is in the offering. This will take place whether we like it or not," HRD Minister Kapil Sibal said at a function here.
Sibal said this while trying to underscore the point that ICT would immensely contribute to the country's growth in the coming times.
He said the political class should also be sensitive to the development taking place in this space and understand the potential of technology.
"...The political class must move and be sensitive to the fanatic pace of technology and understand the potential of technology," he said.
At the time, Sibal said, the states have to keep pace with the technological development that is taking place at a fast pace.
