Government has given additional charge of Managing Director and CEO of Bank of Baroda to Ranjan Dhawan, the senior most executive director at the bank.
Dhawan has been entrusted the additional charge for a period of three months with effect from the date of issue of the order or till the date of appointment of regular incumbent or till further order, Bank of Baroda (BoB) said in a statement.
Dhawan took over the charge on February 27, it said.
The post of full-time Managing Director and CEO has been vacant since July, when then Chairman and Managing Director S S Mundra was appointed RBI Deputy Governor.
