Govt to bear expenses of studentd

The Assam Government would bear all educational expenses for the students belonging to below poverty line (BPL) families under a new scheme to be launched soon, said Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi today.
In a statement here today, the Chief Minister said under the scheme, students from BPL families securing at least second division in board and council examinations would be entitled to get all educational expenses from the State Government so that they can pursue their studies.
