The government will extend all necessary support in taking the standard of education and placement in the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) to greater heights, Textiles Minister Santosh Kumar Gangwar said today.
Speaking at the institute's convocation here, he said apart from opening new centres, it is important to maintain and continually enhance the quality of the centres as well.
The Minister awarded degrees to 310 graduating students, 87 post-graduates and 219 under-graduates.
