"The central government would soon set up a 'Skill Development Center' in all forty parliamentary constituencies of Bihar," the minister said.
He said that the government aims to make 50 crore employable people through skill development by 2017. He added that all technical training curriculum shall compulsory be linked with 'National Skill Qualification Framework' for the purpose of getting government jobs.
Comparing the quantum of skilled youths in other countries, he said only 3 per cent youths in India have proper skills.
