Gram, its dal rise on speculative buying

Gram and its dal prices rose by Rs 200 per quintal at the wholesale pulses market today on speculative buying.
However, other pulses moved in a narrow range on little doing and settled around previous levels.
Traders said speculative buying activity mainly pushed up gram and its dal prices.
In the national capital, gram, gramdal local and best quality were up by Rs 200 each to Rs 7,400-7,600, Rs 7,800-8,000 and Rs 8,100-8,200 per quintal respectively.

Urad Rs 8,700-9,800, Urad Chilka (local) Rs 8,900-9,000, Urad best Rs 9,000-9,500, Dhoya Rs 9,400-9,700, Moong Rs 4,900-5,400, Dal Moong Chilka local Rs 5,400-5,800, Moong Dhoya local Rs 5,800-6,300 and best quality Rs 6,300-6,500.

Masoor small Rs 5,600-5,800, bold Rs 5,650-5,850, Dal Masoor local Rs 6,050-6,550, best quality Rs 6,150-6,650, Malka local Rs 6,800-7,100, best Rs 6,900-7,200, Moth Rs 4,400-4,800, Arhar Rs 6,100, Dal Arhar Dara Rs 8,800-10,500.
