The Green Tribunal bench will conduct a sitting in Kerala soon.
The sitting will be held at the old high court premises, court sources said today.
Kerala High Court Chief Justice Manjula Chellur issued orders allotting court space and other infrastructure to facilitate sitting of the green bench in the state, they said.
The Green Tribunal bench is headed by former Supreme Court judge Justice Swatantra Kumar. It has a Principal bench at Delhi and a circuit bench at Chennai.
