Groundnut oil slips on stockist selling

Groundnut oil prices slipped at the Vashi oils and oilseeds wholesale market here today on stockists selling amidst weak demand on the back of ample arrivals from producing belts.
While, refined palmolein continued its uptrend on firm retail buying.
In non-edible section, castorseeds bold and castor oil commercial advanced further on sustained demand from shippers and soap manufacturers.
Linseed oil maintained its stable trend in the absence of any major buying activity.
In the edible section, Groundnut oil declined by Rs 5 per 10kg to Rs 765 from Wednesday's closing level of Rs 770, However, refined palmolein gained by Rs 2 per 10kg to Rs 611 as against Rs 609 previously.

In the non-edible section, castorseeds bold climbed Rs 50 per 100kg to Rs 3,975 from Rs 3,925, castoroil commercial moved up by Rs 10 per 10kg to Rs 825 as compared to Rs 815.
Linseed oil closed unchanged at Rs 780 per 10kg.
