He said the matches were scheduled to be held in Ranchi but the venue has changed at the last moment for unplayable ground condition there.
Altogether eight teams will vie for top honour during the week-long championship to be played at two grounds including JRD Tata Sports complex here, he said.
Group A will comprise of Dempo SC, Mumbai FC, Pailan Arrows and Shillong Lajong FC and Group D will consist of Salgaocar SC, Pune FC, Prajag United SC and United Sikkim FC.
"The top team from each group will qualify for the semi-finals round to be played in Siliguri which would be other venue for the league matches for other two groups," Dutta said.
The final match will also be played in Siliguri, he said.
