He was speaking to reporters after inaugurating a Skill Development Centre in Vijay Nagar area.
About the allegation that jobs are shrinking in the country, Rudy said, "The focus of the government is to provide entrepreneurship skills and promote self-employment. We want our youth to become job-providers and not job-seekers."
"Government has taken cognisance of such incidents. Such forces are trying to hamper the development agenda of the Modi government," he said.
Talking about his home state, Bihar, Rudy said the current JD(U)-led government is founded on "appeasement, nepotism and casteism". "I hope there would be a big political change in Bihar with Yogi Adityanath becoming the Chief Minister of (neighbouring) Uttar Pradesh," he added.
