The Border Security Force (BSF) today arrested four Pakistani nationals and seized their boat near the Sir Creek for illegally crossing the International Maritime Boundary Line (IMBL).
"Four Pakistani nationals were arrested today and their fishing boat was seized while they were trying to illegally cross the IMBL and enter the area near Sir Creek," BSF Inspector General (Gujarat Frontier) A K Sinha said.
"Primarily, they seem to be fishermen," he said, adding that nothing incriminating has been recovered from them.
They will be brought to Koteshwar tonight at the Joint Interrogation Centre.
Yesterday, 17 Pakistani fishermen were arrested and two boats seized off Jakhau by the Indian Coast Guard.
